Eco-indicator 99 Manual for Designers

“Eco-indicator 99 is one of the most widely used impact assessment methods in LCA. It is the successor of Eco-indicator 95, the first endpoint impact assessment method, which allowed the environmental load of a product to be expressed in a single score.” Pré-Sustainability website.

The ecoindicator is a number that indicate the environmental impact of a material or process based on data from a LCA. The higher the indicator the greater the environmental impact.
