This masterclass for the Circular Design Internship was conducted on April 20th, 2018, by Javi Buron Garcia, the director of Fablab Limerick, Ireland, and had a positive response from the interns.
The masterclass addressed the issue of centralized models of production and introduced the distributed fabrication model of FabLabs around the world.
The masterclass also introduced several projects related to Circular Economy within the FabLab Community. The masterclass took place in a fully sustainable local public digital fabrication space Ateneu de Fabricació of La Fàbrica del Sol in Barcelona.
